Our onboarding process for new members to our team has four simple steps.
- Complete the online Culture Class
- Complete the Growth Track Class
- Complete the Dream Team Application
- Attend First Serve
Select the campus you attend and fill out the Dream Team interest form below.
All Dream Team members in Discovery Kids & Students MUST complete additional paperwork, training, and a background check through Checkr.
Discovery Worship requires an audition to be submitted and approved by the Worship Director before being scheduled for a First Serve.
